A Retirement Calculator for Employees With Cross-Border Finances — Free
No contract, no per-seat fee, no vendor onboarding.
If part of your workforce has pensions or accounts split across countries — relocated hires, employees on international assignment, anyone who worked abroad before joining — a standard domestic retirement calculator doesn't help them. This one does, and there's nothing to procure. It's a link, not a product.

📝
Nothing to sign
There's no vendor agreement to route through procurement, because there's no vendor relationship — just a public URL you're free to share.
🔒
No employee data ever reaches us
Every calculation happens in the employee's own browser. RetireFlexi has no database of who used it or what they entered — which also means there's no data processing agreement to negotiate, because there's no data flowing anywhere to cover.
🚪
No roster to maintain
There's no employer account, so there's nothing to update when someone joins or leaves — no seats to add, no offboarding step to remember.
💸
Free, with no renewal
No budget line item, no annual renewal negotiation, no usage-based invoice. It stays free because it was built as a personal tool first, not a SaaS product.
What This Isn't
Worth being direct about, since some retirement tools do sell an employer tier with a dashboard, usage reporting, and per-seat billing. This isn't that.
No admin dashboard, no usage analytics, no bulk employee import. Sharing the link is the entire integration. If your organization needs a managed benefits platform with reporting for a benefits broker or compliance team, that's a genuinely different category of product than a free public calculator — and this isn't trying to be it.
Who Actually Needs This
Not every employee. The ones for whom a standard 401(k)-only calculator produces a wrong or incomplete picture: someone who spent a decade in the UK before relocating and has a SIPP alongside their new US 401(k); an Australian hire with superannuation still accruing; anyone drawing, or expecting to draw, a state pension from a country other than where they currently work.
Common questions before you share this
Is there a paid or team version for employers?
No. This is the same free public calculator, used individually by whoever you share the link with. There's no employer account, no admin dashboard, no usage reporting, and no per-seat billing — because none of that infrastructure exists here.
Do we need a vendor agreement or data processing contract?
No. RetireFlexi never receives, stores, or has access to any employee's financial data — all calculation happens in the employee's own browser. There's nothing for a data processing agreement to cover, because there's no data flowing to RetireFlexi to process.
Who is this actually useful for?
Employees with pensions, retirement accounts, or investments split across more than one country — relocated hires, expats on international assignment, or anyone who worked abroad before joining. A standard domestic 401(k) calculator doesn't handle a UK SIPP or Australian superannuation sitting alongside it. This does.
How do we actually offer this to employees?
Share the link. Include it in a benefits newsletter, an HR portal, a relocation packet, or an internal mobility resource page — however you'd normally point employees at a free external resource.
See What You'd Be Sharing
Open the calculator yourself first — the same free tool your employees would use, no account required.
Not financial advice. RetireFlexi is a self-directed planning tool, not a financial wellness benefit platform, and does not provide personalized advice to employees or reporting to employers. Consult your benefits counsel on how sharing a third-party resource link fits your organization's policies.
